Set the name, time window and package, then pay. Afterwards you print the QR code or ready-made table cards.

Guests take photos
Guests scan the QR code with the free app, enter their name and start shooting. They don’t need an account.

Each picture lands in your gallery right away. You decide whether guests see the photos live or only at the big reveal.

Opens straight away, no menus. Like a disposable camera, every guest has 27 shots, and the film counter shows how many are left.

As a Live Activity on iPhone and a notification on Android, the camera stays one tap away all evening.
What you decide
- Time window
- When the camera opens and closes, for up to 14 days.

- 27 photos per guest, up to 50 if you like.

- Whether guests see the gallery in the app, and optionally as a web page to share.

- Title, welcome text, colour and your own logo.
- Photos
- Hide or delete single photos. Reported photos are hidden for now and reviewed.
Packages
You pay once per event, no subscription. Every package has all features; they only differ in the number of guests.
- Small party up to 30 guests €19
- Party up to 100 guests €39
- Big party up to 250 guests €69
- 10 % extra room on the guest count.
- More guests than planned? A bigger package applies right away, and you only pay the difference.
- Photos are kept for 3 months.
- Full refund as long as the camera hasn’t opened and no guest has joined.
Final prices. Under § 19 UStG (German small business rule) no VAT is charged. If you buy in the app through Apple or Google, their prices apply.
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an account?
No. They only need the free CapThis app for iPhone or Android. After scanning, they enter their name and start taking photos.
Who sees the photos?
As the host you see every photo. You decide whether and from when your guests see the shared gallery. If you like, the gallery is also available as a web page you share by link.
What if more guests come?
Every package has 10 % extra room. If it still fills up, book a bigger package: it applies right away and you only pay the difference. For more than 250 guests, email us.
How long are the photos kept?
3 months. During that time you can view and download them in the gallery.
Can I cancel an event?
Yes. As long as the camera hasn’t opened and no guest has joined, you get the full price back. Purchases in the app are refunded by Apple or Google.
What about unwanted photos?
You can hide or delete single photos. Guests can report photos; reported photos are hidden for now and reviewed.
